Minimum Usage:
All plans require a minimum usage of 4 months.
Payment includes the next 3 months plus the COD price (based on Kintone).
Cancellation Charges:
Within 4 Months: ¥5000 cancellation fee + any unpaid bills.
Within or After 4 Months (Reissue Status): Pay the reissue fee and any unpaid bills. No cancellation fee is required.
Within or After 4 Months (Lost Item): Pay the lost fee and any unpaid bills. No cancellation fee is required.
The standard policy is for the customer to notify us up to 2 months in advance for cancellation.
Customer must notify us in advance if they wish to cancel the plan.
Note: Please encode the cancellation notice in Advance Contract Cancellation Sheet.
SIM Card Users:
Case 1: Notify 2 months in advance to receive an ¥800 discount on the next bill.
Example: If a customer wants to cancel in month April 2025, they must submit the request by February 28, 2025.
They’ll get an 800 yen discount on their March bill.
Last bill: April
Case 2: Notify given 1 month in advance to receive an ¥800 discount on the last bill (requires a Discount Group Report).
Example: If a customer wants to cancel in month April 2025, they must submit the request by March 31, 2025.
If approved by the discount group, they’ll get an 800 yen discount on their April bill.
Last bill: April
Case 3: Notify less than 1 month in advance No discount on the last bill.
Example: If a customer submits the cancellation request on April 15, 2025, the earliest cancellation month will be May 2025.
The cancellation will be moved to the next month.
Last bill: May
Wi-Fi Users:
Case 3: Advance notice is required, return the device by the cancellation date without unpaid bill to get the ¥3,000 cashback.
Refund of the ¥3000 deposit will be processed if:
There are no unpaid bills.
The Wi-Fi device is returned.
Pocket Wi-Fi:
Must be returned for cancellation, plan change, or replacement.
SIM Cards:
Must be returned for plan change or replacement.
Cancellation: SIM card does not need to be returned.
