Change on the 1st of the Month: ¥2500 fee, excludes monthly payment (continues from previous SMARTPIT).
Change in the Middle of the Month: New plan’s monthly cost + ¥700 (shipping fee), excludes monthly payment (continues from previous SMARTPIT).
Changes Within 7 Days of Purchase: Fee = Old cash-out price minus new cash-out price (non-refundable if the old price is higher). Applies to cases like change of mind, wrong delivery, device/SIM issues, etc.
Changes After 7 Days of Use: Original deposit will be considered when processing bill’s discount/cashback.
Monthly Fee Changes (Same Plan): Normal plan change fee, excludes shipping. Payment via SMARTPIT or bank transfer. The SIM remains the same. Request through ALL REQUEST.
Long-Term Plan to Long-Term Plan: ¥3300 + the difference between the old and new plan (e.g., for GB changes after several months).
Return of Old Plan: The old SIM/device must be returned within 7 days.
SMARTPIT Card Handling: Customers must not send the SMARTPIT card; return only the old device/SIM.
SIM Card Loss/Replacement/Rental: Follow the applicable device handling fees. Lost/Replacement of SIM card Fee.
Changes After 7 Days of Use: Billing period follows the original cycle (Plan C/T ---> PLAN GI/SK)
Changes Within 7 Days of Purchase: Billing period follows the new chosen plan. (Plan C/T ---> PLAN GI/SK) - Orders recived until 12/10/2024"
New Monthly Fee Timing: The new monthly fee starts next month, regardless of when the change occurs. Exception: For changes made on the 1st of the month (e.g., December 1st), the new fee applies immediately for that month.
SIM Plans with SMS Feature: Replacement is free if the number cannot receive SMS. If the issue is found to be the phone’s fault after the SIM is returned, an extra charge will be added to the next bill.
Registration on Apps (e.g., LINE, Amazon): Replacement is free if the number is registered on these platforms.
ICCID/CHIP and SMARTPIT Collection: Collect these details to avoid errors during replacements.
Delivery Discounts: Not applicable for plan changes or replacements.
Promotional Prices Within 7 Days: Promotional prices and deposit policies apply
SMARTPIT and Customer Details: SMARTPIT number remains the same. Customer number and MSN will change.
PUK Lock Fee: ¥3300 for a new SIM, unless the PUK was locked upon receipt (then it’s free).
PUK PIN Code Requests: PIN can be requested through ALL REQUEST (processing time: 2-3 working days).

Change plan request for UD-sim Easy call to UD-sim Easy Call / UD-sim Easy call to UD-sim FREE Call request must be submitted 7 days before the effective date of change plan.
e.g. Change plan effective date: May 1, 2025, the request must be submitted on or before April 23, 2025
