UPDATES
If the customer does not want to continue:
Pay the reissue fee (4,000 Yen), any unpaid bills, and return the Pocket Wi-Fi device (SIM card does not need to be returned).
If the customer wants to continue:
Pay the reissue fee (4,000 Yen), any unpaid bills, and process a new order (new contract).
Unpaid bill calculation (signal stopped):
Bills are due from the month the signal stopped.
Example: Reported June, stopped April 15 → unpaid bills = April and earlier months.
Unpaid bill calculation (no continuation, same contract):
If the signal stopped for less than 7 days in the month, bills are prorated up to 7 days from the reissue request date.
Example: Signal stopped Dec 5, reissue on Dec 12 → pay 4,000 Yen (reissue fee) + past unpaid bills + prorated December bill.
Request AR (Accounts Receivable) for bill computation and registration if needed
5. Deposit fee:
Can be applied as a discount for unpaid bills, cancellation fees or reissue fees.
Request AR for computation and registration.
6. Reissue fee (4,000 Yen):
This fee is separate from unpaid bills. Both the reissue fee and unpaid bills must be paid, regardless of whether the customer continues the contract.
7. If the customer refuses to pay:
Inform the customer they will be blacklisted in Japan.
Payment via SmartPit:
Customers can pay the reissue fee using SmartPit.
Make a report to All Request sheet and request registration of the fee.

Both the reissue fee and unpaid bills can be paid through SmartPit or other assigned payment methods.
Follow the same process as above for reporting and registration.
Reissue Fee Amount:
The reissue fee for all plans is 4,000 Yen (applicable to both SIM plans and Pocket Wi-Fi plans).
New Contract Requirements:
For new contracts, the customer must pay the cashout price.
A new device or SIM card will be sent, and the process will be treated as a new order.
