🆕 Change plan is FREE for AU50GB3D JT301 device only.
🆕 Change plan for AU50GB3D X11 (or X12) devices will be charged an additional fee of ¥2000 + ¥700 (delivery fee) = ¥2700
Note: You can choose your own wordings and way of explanation as long as you are following the company's Rules and Regulations
Replacement is FREE if:
No signal for more than 3 days
No signal even after APN reset
Troubleshooting done
Signal is 4G, APN reset already but 0 data usage from AR result
No internet after signal resumption has been successfulÂ
PUK code is not accepted
PIN code locked upon receiving
Signal resumption is not reflected in portal
Replacement/change fee applies if:
Customer's fault or controllable action (includes: physical damage of SIM card, PUK locked)
New order, SIM card is not supported by customer's phone
Old sim, customer changed phone and it's not supported
Replacement is FREE if:
No signal for more than 3 days
Troubleshooting done
No signal even after APN reset
No internet after signal resumption has been successful
For JT101- advise customer to try in a SIM free phone and if the signal is ok - change the device only
For HW05, HW06 and other device with SIM card- request replacement for both SIM card and device
Long term customer's device/battery problem
Replacement/ change fee applies if:
Customer's fault or controllable action (includes; physical damage, broke device, battery problem due to wrong battery care of customer,
Customer only wants another device
Signal problem due to customer's change of address

Change plan within 7 days after purchase due to the following reasons, the higher COD amount will be applied.
- Prefer another plan
- Received the wrong item
- SIM card is not supported
- SIM card can't be used
If old cash out price is higher than the new cash out price- (amount difference is Not refundable)

If change plan, new monthly fee will be applied next month, regardless if changes is made before or after billing due date

If change on the 1st day of the month , PLAN CHANGE IS 2500 YEN (delivery date is 1st day of the month)
If change in middle of the month , PLAN CHANGE FEE : NEW PLAN MONTHLY+ 700 YEN (shipping fee) . change plan fee does not include monthly payment , monthly payment continue from previous Smart Pit
When CHANGE PLAN , SMARTPIT NUMBER will still be the SAME , customer number will CHANGE

Please make sure to collect ICCID/CHIP number and Smart Pit number to ensure no mistake during replacement
Please inform customer DO NOT SEND the SMARTPIT CARD , upon replacement , only the old device
PUK lock will be charged ¥3300, we will send new one (unless PUK locked upon receiving, its free)
PUK PIN can be informed by request on ALL REQUEST (2-3 Working days is required)
If number cannot receive SMS, replacement is free ,but if the sim returned and upon checking its phone's fault , additional charge will be added to the next bill
If number has been used for registration on line/amazon/other app . replacement is free
Delivery discount is not applicable for CHANGE PLAN/replacement procedures

In case of Change monthly fee from OLD PRICE to NEW PRICE with same plan , normal change plan fee exclude shipping fee will be applied , the fee can be paid via Smart Pit/bank transfer. SIM will not change, request in ALL REQUEST

if only add Pocket wifi to be send, WITHOUT SIM, its 2000JPY (JT101/W06/WX04/W05)
if add Pocket wifi to be send ,WITH SIM, follow Change plan for ALL
D-CALL PLAN to D-CALL PLAN is FREE, SIM card does not need to change , plan change start from 1st of the following month with new bill (input in ALL REQUEST)
EASY-CALL PLAN to EASY-CALL PLAN is FREE , simcard does not need to change , plan change start from 1st of the following month with new bill (input in ALL REQUEST)
S-CALL PLAN to S-CALL PLAN is 2000 yen , simcard does not need to change , plan change start from 1st of the following month with new bill (input in ALL REQUEST , 2000 need to be paid on SMARTPIT)
A PLAN to C PLAN or B PLAN to C PLAN is 3300 yen , SIM card does not need to change . monthly fee will be changed on next bill after 3300 yen paid on Smart Pit

EASY CALL change to D - CALL , SIM card need to exchange, normal change plan fee will be applied
If add BRASTEL 050 only, COD is 2500 yen, monthly fee. +300 yen
Brastel plan+data sim change to data sim only-same GB (monthly bill will change on the following month - Request to AR, no change plan fee, No account cancellation require, Need to return Brastel card only)
Brastel plan that has been re-issued - payment will be (brastel plan cashout less 1100Yen, sim card only will be sent and old brastel of customer can still be use)
If customer complaint about cannot receive sms, plan change is 1000 yen to 1gb, 3gb, 5gb, 10gb
Change plan from non deposit plan to CALL SIM (EASYCALL/UVCALL/DCALL/S-CALL) with deposit , deposit need to be added
Change plan from non deposit to plan with deposit (other than CALL SIM (EASYCALL/UVCALL/DCALL/S-CALL), deposit is not required (normal change plan fee only applies)
