Regarding YAMATO Redelivery and Address Changes

This is a reminder and update from Yamato Transport:

1. If an item is undelivered and stored for 7 days at a Yamato office, it will automatically be returned to our office.

2. Due to the large volume of address errors, which take time to resolve, if the address is changed or additional address clarification is required, there may be an additional fee of 1000 yen added to the COD, which will be borne by the customer.

❗For sellers, please ensure that the address is complete by coordinating with resellers and customers, ensuring that the street number and room number are included in the address.

Shipping, PICK UP, 1st payment and  Method

• If delivery issues occur on the company's side and the order is late, the price will be adjusted based on the actual receive date.

• Yamato’s delivery time is 2-3 days from the order date, except for some areas.

• A ¥300 discount is available for orders paid by bank transfer.

• For 2 or more orders shipped together to the same address, a discount of ¥700 per item applies (e.g., buy 2, get ¥700 off; buy 3, get ¥1,400 off). Check here for the latest discounts.

• The Cash on Delivery (COD) fee is ¥700.

13/12/2022

• If a plan includes a gift but the customer does not take it upon ordering, a ¥600 discount will be applied. Notification and approval from the discount group  mur-discount-confirmation  are required.

• Pick-up orders at the office receive a ¥700 discount on shipping fees.

• 300 Yen discount when customer want to pay by bank transfer for each order

• For pick-up orders, please inform the seller in advance of the time and date.

• If a marketing staff member assists a customer for over 15 minutes, they will be recognized for their achievement.
