Signal Issues and Missing Items

• Signal Issues: If there’s a signal issue within 7 days of receiving the item, we’ll offer a free replacement (including defective freebies).

• Missing Items: If items are missing upon delivery, we’ll send replacements, including any missing freebies.

Rental Items: SIM Cards and Pocket Wi-Fi

• Cancellation, Plan Change, or Replacement:

  • The SIM card or Pocket Wi-Fi must be returned.

  • Exception: For SIM card cancellations, the SIM does not need to be returned.

• Refund Process: Refunds for Pocket Wi-Fi plans are processed like regular refunds via the order sheet and take 8-14 days from the date the item is received in the office.

• Compatibility:

  • SIM cards: All SIM plans are compatible only with SIM-free phones.

  • AU50GB3DAYS WI-FI Pocket Wi-Fi: If customers cannot connect their Wi-Fi to a laptop or smart home device, suggest switching the device’s frequency from 2.4GHz to 2.4/5GHz to solve compatibility issues.

• Fees:

  • Pocket Wi-Fi Fee: ¥2,000 (except for 50GB/3-Days plans).

  • PUK Lock Fee: ¥3300 for a new SIM, unless the PUK was locked upon receipt (then it’s free).

  • Returned Items Without Freebies: If items are returned without freebies, the cost of the freebies will be deducted from the COD amount. Refer here for the Price list 

• Plan Features and Replacements:

  • SIM Plans with SMS Feature: Replacement is free if the number cannot receive SMS. If the issue is found to be the phone’s fault after the SIM is returned, an extra charge will be added to the next bill.

  • Replacement is free if the number is registered on platforms like LINE or Amazon.

  • ICCID/CHIP and SMARTPIT Collection: Collect these details to avoid errors during replacements.

SMARTPIT and Customer Info

• SMARTPIT Number: Stays the same for plan changes or replacements.

• Customer Number and MSN: Will change for plan changes or replacements.

• Card Handling: Do not send the SMARTPIT card; return only the old device or SIM.

Usage Guidelines

• Internet Data Reset: Data resets on the 1st of every month, regardless of the payment date.

• Pocket Wi-Fi: Can be used immediately—just connect and start using it.

• SIM Card APN: APN needs to be installed for SIM card use.

Cancellation Policy 

• Minimum usage: 4 months for all plans. Payment covers the next 3 months plus the COD price (based on Kintone).

• Cancel within 4 months: ¥5000 cancellation fee.

• Cancel within 4 months: Pay the cancellation fee and any unpaid bills.

• Cancel within or after 4 months and reissue status: Pay the reissue fee and any unpaid bills. No cancellation fee required.

Reissue Policy

• Reissue Fee:

  • If the customer will not continue: Pay the reissue fee (¥4000), any unpaid bills, and return the pocket Wi-Fi device. For SIM card plans, no return is required.

  • If the customer will continue: Pay the reissue fee (¥4000), any unpaid bills, and return the pocket Wi-Fi device. No return needed for SIM card plans. If continuing, place a new order.

Other Fees and Charges on top of Monthly bill

• Service Fees:

  • If customers have international call/SMS charges, they can request the details via encoding in AR.

  • A ¥300 fee (depending on the provider) will apply for detailed charge requests.

  • ¥1000 for the +A mode activation

  • ¥22 every 30 seconds
