Customer wants to continue (Data SIM or Call SIM plans):
Fee: 4,000 Yen (3,300 Yen reissue fee + 700 Yen shipping).
A new SIM card will be sent.
Customer will not continue (Data SIM or Call SIM plans):
Fee: 3,300 Yen only.
If the SIM card is lost within 4 months of use, no early cancellation fee is required.
Customer wants to continue:
Fee: Device replacement fee + lost fee (refer to device replacement fee + 4,000 Yen).
A new SIM card and Pocket Wi-Fi will be sent.
Customer will not continue:
Fee: Device replacement fee + lost fee (refer to device replacement fee + 3,300 Yen).
If the device is lost within 4 months of use, no early cancellation fee is required.
Unable to return SIM card/device (e.g., returned to another country):
Process the fee according to the applicable situation in Lost SIM Card or Lost SIM Card and Pocket Wi-Fi Guidelines.
If lost and with unpaid bills:
Both the lost fee and unpaid bills must be paid.
If the customer refuses to pay:
Inform the customer that they will be blacklisted in Japan.
