9/10/2024 - Free exchange within three months, only applicable for JT301*

*If customer wishes to switch to AU50GB3D X11 (or X12), an additional fee of 2000 yen + 700 yen will be incurred.

Free exchange outside the written rules of the replacement and change plan.

Late within 10 days of the due date.

Late more than 10 days after the due date.

No bonus given, discount of 600 yen.

When a customer comments on a selected post, a 700 yen discount will be applied on their COD.

Kindly please first ask for approval from Sir Alvin or Sir Steven in the discount group channel.

When there is a mistake from company side causing a loss signal, a discount is required on the next bill.

If the discount exceeds 4000 yen for Windows or 6000 yen for MacBook.

If the discount exceeds 4000 yen

Refund due to customer convenience within 7 days (if the problem is from our side, no approval needed).

Postpone within 10 days of the due date.

Postpone more than 10 days after the due date.
