If “Softbank” is not written in the notes → Send Rakuten.
If “Softbank” is written but no screenshot proof is attached → Send Rakuten.
If “Softbank” is written and a screenshot proof is attached → Send Softbank.

Rakuten 30GB: No Delay
Softbank 30GB: +1 Day Delay Exchanges are not subject to this delay.
