Kindly advise the customer accordingly to avoid any miscommunication:
from 7-14 days ⇒Cashback refund processing takes 8-14 days from the date the item is received in the office.
from 3-7 days ⇒ Late payment of 2-5 days after payment due date, signal will be stopped (will edit the sms too)
from 7 days ⇒ Late payment 5-7days after signal stopped, signal will be permanently disconnected/re-issue
from free ⇒ Change in payment method with 400Yen fee. (The changes are not yet implemented and are pending confirmation, but they are already included in the booklet.)

For orders, starting December 1, 2023, monthly payment via Bank Transfer (YUCHO) is no longer accepted. It will only be accepted if it is requested for the very first time. For the succeeding payments, kindly instruct the customer to use our new payment method.

What do you need?
SmartPit card #
Go Family mart, and search for smartpit machine
Choose international money transfer service then select smartpit payment
Press OK for confirmation and wait for a moment
Then enter your 13 digit Smart Pit # at the back of your smartpit card > press OK
Your bills will be shown on the screen. Touch the items to select your bills to pay then press the "OK" button to continue.
Your bill will be printed, then take the printed bill to the cashier and make a payment.
The subscription ticket is only valid for 30 minutes after it is issued. Please make your payment within 30 minutes.
Take the receipt from the cashier and send to customer support for fast recording
(Please also note that payment will be automatically posted 1-2 days after)

Go Lawson, and search for smartpit machine
In the smartpit machine, select 各種番号をお持ちの方(Users with passcodes)
Then enter your 13 digit Smart Pit # at the back of your smartpit card > press next 次へ
Choose the スマートピットお支払い (smartpit payment)
Select the payment request if it is correct and then press confirm 確定する.
Confirm your payment information again. Then press 確定する(confirm) button and DONE
Your bill will be printed, then take the printed bill to the cashier and make a payment.
The subscription ticket is only valid for 30 minutes after it is issued. Please make your payment within 30 minutes.
Take the receipt from the cashier and send to customer support for fast recording

What do you need?
Your own bank card
GMO card
Insert your bank card to any bank machine, select the transfer option ご送金 then tap confirm “確認” (enter bank pass code)
Tap this option 次を表示, then tap その他
Select “英字”
Select GMOあおぞら銀行
Input the branch name first katakana letter, according to your GMO card guide
Select branch name according to the card
Select 普通
Input bank destination account number accord to guide card (each account is unique per 1 sim card)
Input your monthly bill fee, according to guide/booklet (confirm with your seller if unsure)
Tap Henko shinai(変更しない), for not to make changes then enter your phone number
Tap・確認, to confirm
Confirm the remittance content then tap・確認, to confirm
Tap 登録する if you want to register your GMO bank destination for future transfer
Tap・確認, to confirm and done
Get the receipt and send to your seller or VDM Customer Support

What do you need?
GMO card
Go to your online banking app
他金融機関あてに送金 (choose OTHER THAN JP POST/YUCHO)
choose BANK 銀行
TYPE IN KATAKANA ジ then click 検索
CHOOSE GMO (GMOあおぞらネット銀行) AND THEN CLICK NEXT
In 支店名[必須], type in KATAKANA, the branch according to guide card, follow
支店 select the branch name, follow
Confirm the bank name, branch name and account number same with your gmo card
In 口座番号 必, input account number accordingly
Then in 送金額, key in your monthly bill according to you total bill amount
Provide your name and contact number then click “next 次へ
アプリを起動 click confirm and PAYMENT DONE!
Payment via stripe requires active email address, make sure to collect this from customer

As per order from December 1, 2023, monthly payment using Bank Transfer (YUCHO) is not accepted anymore. if customer send bank transfer receipt payment for the 1st time will be accepted, instruct to pay thru new payment method for the next bills

Signal reconnection after disconnection is 2-4 working days after resumption request
Late payment 7days after signal stopped, signal will be permanently disconnected/reissue
Late payment 5-7days after signal stopped, signal will be permanently disconnected/reissue (reissue fee need to be paid)
All Plans: If reissue/permanent disconnected status; reissue fee must be paid. Refer to reissue for SIM card or Pocket Wi-Fi.

Lacking payment by bank transfer- AR staff will inform seller/support, customer can paid right away or add for next month's bill (late payment fee, additional sms/call charge, lacking payment on monthly fee)
Over payment (no limit) will be deducted on the next month's bill- by request in ALL REQUEST
