RAM REPLACEMENT
Laptop RAM usually comes in 2 slots. If you want to upgrade, please consult to maintenance staff because there are 2 cases :
1. We only need to add 1 similar RAM type.
2. We need to replace both 2 slot of RAM.
EXAMPLE : 4GB ~ 8GB RAM UPGRADE
If Upgrade from RAM 4GB to RAM 8GB
EXAMPLE : 8GB ~ 16GB RAM UPGRADE
If Upgrade from RAM 8GB to RAM 16GB
1 SLOT : Laptop have 1pc of 4GB, only need to add similar.
1 SLOT : Laptop have 1pc of 8GB, only need to add similar.
✰✰ 1 x RAM 4GB = 3000 Yen.
✰✰ 1 x RAM 8GB = 6000 Yen.
2 SLOTS : Laptop have 2pcs of 2GB, we need to replace 2 slot and replace with 4GB RAM each.
2 SLOTS : Laptop have 2pcs of 4GB, we need to replace 2 slot and replace with 8GB RAM each.
✰✰ 2 x 4GB RAM = 6000 Yen.
✰✰ 2 x 8GB RAM = 12000 Yen.
RULES
Free mouse on every electronics, except phone or tablet
Warranty is one week, except its due to customer mistake
We can't guarantee all features on laptop is functional, please check before buy
When there's no bluetooth and camera we can provide for free, by request
Office Pick up is not recomended due to covid19
Office Pick up get 1000 yen dicount
Office Pick up will not be rewarded to seller or affiliate
Office Pick up reward for the person who meet customer directly (unless seller specify which item for pick up only and without selecting /viewing other item)
Appointment is needed in case customer wanted to pick up from office
USAGE NOTICE
Please use charger on first time turning on electronic
We can maintain with teamviewer if there's something wrong within one week
REPLACEMENT AND CHANGE item
If there is problem with electronics, we can give money return within 1 week
if there's no problem, we can charge for administration and shipping charge
If you want to change with another laptop within 1 week, there's no charge
We can't accept return item by COD or daibiki or chakubarai
When Charger or Gift item have problem, we can replace with new one. Please make return old item with Envelope from company.
Old item must be returned to our office first before receive replacement
