Can I borrow a pocket Wi-Fi (rental) while waiting for installation?
Customer must contact the seller; or you can forward the information needed to the seller so he/she will be the one to process it.

To check the status or the order please refer to GENERAL page, from there just search the customer name or mur order in All orders sheet
Rental Pocket Wi-Fi must be returned once Home Wi-Fi has been installed
🆕 Free rental pocket Wi-Fi is not applicable for relocation process regardless of waiting time.
If free pocket Wi-Fi is not return, we will give additional charge by Smart Pit
Free Rental Pocket Wi-Fi can be provided upon request, however if customer cancel before installation 6800 yen will be charged and pocket Wi-Fi must be returned
If customer have used the rental pocket Wi-Fi for more than 2 months and decided to cancel , basic contract plan of pocket Wi-Fi will be charged +
Rental pocket Wi-Fi is au 100gb 10gb/3days Wi-Fi /Rakuten 10gb/3days Wi-Fi
If the cancellation is due to agency rejection of application / building not supported for hikari Wi-Fi / other reasons , basic monthly usage charge only will be charged , Please consult with the seller for the exact amount
AU no coverage signal on customer's area, we can replace with 3Gb per day Softbank
When AU 100Gb used by mistake with 7Gb HS+A signal is finished, we can replace with 3Gb per day Softbank
