New Residence/Zairyu card (with new address) - Update from Jenet 4/17/24－在留カードが更新されていなくても、住所を頂ければ、移転処理可能です。(Even if your residence card has not been updated, we can process the transfer if you provide us with your address.)

If the address is not updated yet on the Residence/Zairyu card, please provide the contract letter of the new address under the customer's name

Please provide what date exactly the customer wants to relocate (change address)

Please provide details for No. 1 and 3 or No. 2 and 3, and request in mur-HIKARI Channel or encode your request to HOME HIKARI Sheet (HIKARI - Sharing Information & All Request tab)
