1. Japanese Driving License

4. Health Insurance Card + Electricity/Water/Gas bill or JyuminHyo with Name & Address same as information on Health Insurance Card

Hikari monthly payment will be at a convenience store (paper billing), if customer loss the paper billing, they can do direct transfer, *for more information, please ask the seller/request in mur-hikari channel.
Router will be shipped and delivered within 3-6 weeks after application.
