Collection Kit
The above collection kit will be delivered to the customer’s address by the Provider.
IMPORTANT: please inform the customer to return the modem immediately once they received the collection kit.
If the collection kit still not received, you can also follow up with the provider for the kit by making an AR report in HOME HIKARI Sheet.
