If a customer wishes to switch to AU50GB3D X11 (or X12), an additional fee of 1,000 yen + 700 yen will be incurred.

Changing the plan from AU UNLIMITED 5G (50GB/3 days) WiFi starting from arrival on Oct. 14, 2023, to a 100GB plan or another plan is FREE of charge if the signal does not support it within 7 days. Please ask for approval in the #mur-discount-confirmation channel. The deposit will follow the new plan (e.g., if changing to the 100GB SIM, the deposit will be 3300 yen).
How do I cancel/return it?
Minimum use: 4 months
Cancellation before 4 months , 5000 YEN cancellation Fee
To stop contract, products need to be return back to the company
E.g. if a customer would like to cancel in MAY, item must be returned by the last day of MAY.
All item must be returned for any plan upon cancellation, failing to return will be penalized
Returning of Pocket Wi-Fi
Cancellation, Change Plan, Replacement - sim card and pocket wifi must be returned
Re-issued pocket wifi plans- device must be returned
⚠️OLD PLAN must be returned immediately within 7 days (except for Special Case of Change Plan)
All item must be returned for any plan upon cancellation, change plan, and replacement = failing to return will be penalized
