REISSUE FEE

⚠️IF customer wants to continue = need to pay reissue fee (4000Yen)+ +unpaid bill and process new order (new contract)

->if 6Months plan arrival on 2022/01/01 - 2022/01/20

next payment is on 2022/06/25 - 2022/07/10

->if 6Months plan arrival on 2022/01/21 - 2022/01/30

next payment is on 2022/07/25 - 2022/08/10

->if 12Months plan arrival on 2022/01/01 - 2022/01/20

next payment is on 2022/12/25 - 2023/01/10

next payment is on 2022/01/25 - 2023/02/10

Failure to pay or contact before renewal, auto downgrade to monthly plan

Data reset every 1st of the month

RULES

Starting from 19th of May , Price included 2000 YEN DEPOSIT , refundable if the simcard is returned on time/ before reissued after contract ended

Please consult with office team if you are not sure if customer's plan does include deposit

Payment deadline: 10th of the month

¥200 Fine for payment after deadline

Late payment 5-7days after payment due date, signal will be stopped

Late payment 7days after signal stopped, signal will be permanently disconnected/re-issue (reissue fee need to be paid)

Lost and broken sim card; customer wants to continue- fee is 4000yen (re-issue fee 3300Yen+ 700 yen shippng fee) then send new sim card

Lost and broken sim card; customer will not continue- fee is 3300 yen only

For AU5G 50GB/3DAYS , clicking on +A pocket wifi status will incur additional charge of 1100 yen. It will charge every month until connection status is revert back.

REPLACEMENT AND CHANGE PLAN

Delivery discount is not applicable for CHANGE PLAN/replacement procedures

If there is signal problem within 5 days, we will offer free replacement

Damaged Pocket Wifi will be charged accordingly and we will send the same model as replacement (see DEVICE REPLACEMENT FEE)

If there are missing items upon delivery, we will send new ones

SOFTBANK UNLI WIFI change plan is Free to any wifi

300GB POCKET WIFI is not eligible for change plan to and from other plan , customer need to purchase as new if wish to use this plan

Change plan with different GB after several months of use, Change plan fee is 3300Yen+difference
