Added device replacement fee for JT301

Changing the plan from AU UNLIMITED 5G (50GB/3 days) WiFi starting from arrival on Oct. 14, 2023, to a 100GB plan or another plan is FREE of charge if the signal does not support it within 7 days. Please ask for approval in the #mur-discount-confirmation channel. The deposit will follow the new plan (e.g., if changing to the 100GB SIM, the deposit will be 3300 yen).

FAQ

I lost/broke my pocket Wi-Fi. How much do I have to pay?

5/30/2023

• Lost SIM card and pocket Wi-Fi, customer wants to continue = fee is device replacement (below) + lost fee 4000Yen (SIM card re-issue fee 3300Yen+ 700Yen shipping fee), then send new SIM card and pocket Wi-Fi device

• Lost SIM card and pocket Wi-Fi, customer will not continue = fee is device replacement (below) + lost fee 3300Yen (SIM card re-issue fee 3300Yen)

• Lost sim card and pocket within 4 months of use and customer will not continue = fee is device replacement + lost fee (refer to device replacement fee+3300) no need to pay for early cancellation fee

Unable to return the SIM card/device due to any reason e.g. return to country etc. - process the fee based on above

IF lost and with unpaid bill = both lost fee and unpaid bill must be paid

IF customer doesn't want to pay- inform that they will be included in Japan Blacklisted

1. Can pay via bank transfer-customer must send the receipt and report to AR

2. Can pay via smartpit- make a report to AR and request to register the lost fee

3. Lost fee + Unpaid bill can pay via no. 1 and 2, same process
