Why can't I connect to the internet?
Note: You can choose your own wordings and way of explanation as long as you are following the company's Rules and Regulations
Check signal in Kintone
If signal stopped and resume requested - it will take 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holiday) before signal resumes
Ask to re-insert sim card and to reboot
Ask for signal status if 4G or 3G
4G means- most probably data usage limit consumed already
Data reset to 0 is every 1st day of the month
Cannot add GB on existing plan, unless will avail change plan (please refer to change plan tab; change plan fee applies)
3G means- re-set Up APN
Ask to delete existing APN first, then re-set up again (send APN set-up tutorial or guide)
Ask to run speed test: https://fast.com/
If still no signal after trouble shooting- make a report in All Request
Check if phone is SIM-free
Check if the phone use supports the sim card
*D-sim - xiaomi, red mi phone doesn't support - proceed to replacement (check replacement tab)
*D-sim- iPhone not supported sometimes (but rare case only)
Set APN to activate sim card's internet
