RULES
Starting from 19th of May , Price included 2000 YEN DEPOSIT , refundable if the simcard is returned on time/ before reissued after contract ended

Payment deadline: 10th of the month
¥200 Fine for payment after deadline
Late payment 5-7days after payment due date, signal will be stopped
Late payment 7days after signal stopped, signal will be permanently disconnected/re-issue (reissue fee need to be paid)
Lost and broken sim card; customer wants to continue- fee is 4000yen (re-issue fee 3300Yen+ 700 yen shippng fee) then send new sim card
Lost and broken sim card; customer will not continue- fee is 3300 yen only
Can be used on SIMFREE phones only
SMS charge: ¥3.3/SMS, International SMS ¥110/SMS
We will replace or money return if you have trouble with size or phone lock.
For 1Gb/month docomo, shokai plan canot be used.
Tethering is no longer available on IOS devices
REPLACEMENT AND CHANGE PLAN
Delivery discount is not applicable for CHANGE PLAN/replacement procedures
Change plan with different GB after several months of use, Change plan fee is 3300Yen+difference
If customer want to change from monthly to long term , need to avail as new plan
If there is signal problem within 5 days, we will offer free replacement
If there are missing items upon delivery, we will send new ones
PUK lock will be charged ¥3300, we will send new one (unless PUK locked upon receiving, its free)
PUK PIN can be informed by request in ALL REQUEST (2-3 Working days is required)
If the number has been used for registration on line/amazon/other app . replacement is free
if number cannot receive sms , replacement is free
300GB POCKET WIFI is not eligible for change plan to and from other plan , customer need to purchase as new if wish to use this plan
