Why is my internet slow?
If customer complains slow internet for a specific time of the day only; you can use this explanation:
If you experienced slow internet connection for a specific time of the day, these are some reasons.
1. weather
2. network congestion
3. location
4. data over-usage
Please try to :
1. Restart Your Phone
2. Update and Disable Network-Heavy Apps
3. Remember Your Data limit
4. Reset Your Phone's Network Settings
5. Remove and Reinsert Your SIM Card
6. Wait for data usage to reset to 0
If customer complains that internet is slow but the reset on speed test (https://fast.com/) is ok with fast mbps; you can use this explanation:
Internet speed range:
>Is 1 Mbps fast?
1mbps will appear to be a very slow speed of internet connectivity.
>Is 5 Mbps fast?
For normal use 5Mbps is one of the good internet speed where you can load and stream Full HD live videos and download movies and files in normal speed.
>Is 8 Mbps good internet speed?
6-10 Mbps: Usually an excellent Web surfing experience.
Generally quick enough to stream a 1080p (high-def) video
*If the results in AR has no problem with the signal but customer cannot use the service for 3 days and more; process replacement (refer to Replacement/Change plan tab)
