Customer Data Management: When customer requests SIM card transfer; 1. Collect new user’s ID and email details. 2. Enter new user’s ID and email into Survey Sparrow. ※Ensure: Order number in Survey Sparrow matches Kintone.
GENERAL RULES
If there is signal problem within 7 days after receiving the item, we will offer free replacement (including freebies with defect)
If there are missing items upon delivery, we will send new ones (includes missing freebies)
All plans (pocket wifi/sim card): Are for rental items only and need to return to the company upon cancellation, replacement and change plan
All sim plans: Can be used on SIM-free phones only
All data sim plans: Hotspot and tethering is not available (offer pocket wifi for internet sharing)

D-call sim not supported in iPhone- suggest change plan to S-call SIM/Softbank voice sim- within 7 days after delivery date(change fee applies- COD price of previous plan less COD price of chosen new plan; if new plan has cheaper COD the difference is not refundable) / if not willing, process refund if within 7 days after delivery date
For returned item and needs to refund but returned without the freebies, freebies price will be deducted from the total cod amount (refer to mashup lvl3 itemlist for freebies price)

Deposit fee: Plans with deposit fee (unpaid bill other fees can be deducted to deposit fee)- Request in AR to process
Deposit fee that needs to refund, process the refund like the usual via order sheet
Rental pocket wifi fee is 2000 yen (except for 300GB and 50GB/3DAYS)
When CHANGE PLAN, SMART PIT NUMBER will still be the SAME , customer number and MSN will CHANGE
If number cannot receive sms, replacement is free
If number has been used for registration on line/amazon/other app . replacement is free
Please make sure to collect ICCID/CHIP number and Smart Pit number to ensure no mistake during replacement
Please inform customer DO NOT SEND the SMART PIT CARD, upon replacement, only the old device/sim card
PUK lock will be charged ¥3300, we will send new one (unless PUK locked upon receiving, its free)
PUK PIN can be informed by request in ALL REQUEST (2-3 Working days is required)
Customers that wants to come in office is by appointment only, inform in #mu-icd channel if there is available staff who assist the customer

All Docomo plans (Easy Call plan/D-call plans) - ID requirement is restricted for residence card only- (other IDs aside from residence card is not acceptable.)

For Brastel Plan+Sim card/Pocket wifi and Customer wants to cancel- Need to return the Sim card/Pocket wifi and can continue using the brastel card (In case of trouble/cancellation of Brastel card direct the customer to https://www.facebook.com/Brastel to support them

AU50GB3DAYS WI-FI: If customers can't connect their WiFi to their laptop or smart home device because the other device can't detect it. (Solution: Instruct customer to switch their device's frequency from 2.4GHz to 2.4/5GHz. This often solves frequency compatibility issues.)
Cash back refund processing takes 8-14 days from the date the item is received in the office.
USAGE NOTICE
Internet Data always reset every 1st of the month , regardless on the payment date of the monthly bill
Pocket Wifi can be used immediately , just connect and you can start using

All Plans- Minimum use: 4 months
Cancellation before/within 4 months , 5000Yen Cancellation Fee
If customer would like to cancel on MAY , item must be returned by last day of MAY to avoid paying next month's bill
If cancel normally (after 4months used) , unpaid bill must be settled and return the device (payment must be 3 months consecutive months + COD price upon start date- based on Kintone) No 5000Yen early cancellation fee needed
If cancelled before/within 4 months of use normally (not re-issued), cancellation fee must be paid + unpaid bill if available
If cancelled before and after 4 months but already reissued, reissue fee must be paid+ unpaid bill if available. Refer to reissue for SIM card or Pocket Wi-Fi.
10/24/2024 If customers have international calls/SMS charges that they do not recall - if checked and found out they called/sent SMS to the number(s), they will shoulder the service fees.
REISSUE
1/27/2023
1. IF customer will not continue = need to pay re-issue fee (4000Yen) + unpaid bill+ return pocket wifi device, if sim card plan no need to return

2. IF customer wants to continue = need to pay reissue fee (4000Yen)+ +unpaid bill and process new order (new contract)

3. Unpaid bill computation = from the month that the signal stopped (ex. Date reported: June; Stop date April 15; Unpaid bill is April bill backward if have any)

4. Unpaid bill computation ( with no plan of continuation- same contract) = if the signal stopped less than a week in that month, unpaid bill computation will be prorated until 7th day from the re-issue request date applied *re-issue request date +7 days* (e.g. signal stop date December 5; reissue date December 12, bill to settle: 4000 (reissue fee) + 4080 (November unpaid) + 2584 (December (12/1-12/19) unpaid ) - request in AR the computation if needed and to register the bill

5. Brastel plan that has been re-issued = payment will be (Brastel plan cash out less 1100Yen, sim card only will be sent and old brastel card of customer can still be use)

6. Reissued plans that are requesting for same number is only applicable for docomo CALL SIM PLAN (easy call , d call) , other plan is not eligible (voice-plan, data sim) *NOT Recommended- customer needs to wait 3-4 months to issue the same MSN and billing is continues during that period

7. Deposit fee can be allocated for discount on short term cancellation fee or reissue fee - Request in AR for the computation and registration of fees
8. Re-issue fee (4000Yen) doesn't include the unpaid bill= both re-issue fee and unpaid bill must be paid whether customer want or doesn't want to continue the same contract
9. IF customer doesn't want to pay- inform that they will be included in Japan Blacklisted
DATA SIM
Payment deadline: Depends on the original delivery date (Plan C/A, C/B, C/C)
¥200- ¥300 Late fee for payment after deadline
Minimum use: 4 months
Cancellation before/within 4 months, 5000Yen cancellation Fee
Late payment 2-5 days after payment due date, signal will be stopped
Late payment 5-7 days after signal stopped, signal will be permanently disconnected/re-issue (reissue fee need to be paid)
Lost and broken sim card; customer wants to continue- fee is 4000yen (re-issue fee 3300Yen+ 700 yen shipping fee) then send new sim card
Lost and broken sim card; customer will not continue- fee is 3300Yen only
Can be used on SIM-free phones only
SMS charge: ¥3.3/SMS, International SMS ¥110/SMS
We will replace or money return if you have trouble with size or phone lock
Tethering /Hotspot is not available on any device
